Shipping policy

Items will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 days of order.

In the event that the items inside your package is damaged in transit, please take pictures of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged items, and contact us for further information.  We will require the pictures to request refunds from the shipping carrier.  Items damaged in transit in this way will be replaced or refunded, at our discretion, after investigation is complete.
